I often criticize children (not out loud) that they themselves often cannot figure out what to do now, they are waiting for someone to figure out what to do, every step needs to be prompted. In order not to think for them, I decided to help them do it themselves: I came up with the game “Turn on your head”.

Before breakfast announced the start of the game. They came and stand, waiting for instructions when everything is ready for them again. I say, “Why are we standing, turning on our heads, what should we do?”, “I know, put it on plates”, That’s right. But then he grabs a sausage from the pan with a fork and is ready to send it to a plate with water flowing down it. I stop «Now turn on your head, what will be on the floor now?» The process has begun… But what to do is unclear. “What are your ideas? How to put sausages on a plate so that they don’t spread and also so that it’s not hard to hold?

The task is elementary for an adult, but for children it is not immediately clear, brainstorming! Ideas! Heads turn on, work, and I praise them.

And so on every step. Now they’re running around, let’s play and again “What can you think of for us?” And I affectionately answer, “And you turn on your head,” and wow, they offered to help around the house themselves!
