To understand this, the experts of the OneBuy portal first interviewed more than 4 thousand dog owners and found out with which words they most often refer to their pets. And then they analyzed what made the dog’s heart beat faster. The results were generally predictable.
In the first place is the word “walk!”. The prospect of going for a walk with your loved one accelerates the dog’s pulse to 156 beats per minute. But the usual pulse is from 70 to 120 beats. Powerful, right? But it is also predictable, because sometimes dogs are simply knocked off their feet when they hear about a walk.
