My parents bought land in Zavidovo in 1998 when a crisis hit the country. As such, there was no house here, there was only a small shed, aspens grew, and a ditch was dug nearby, into which neighbors dumped garbage, and then they picked mushrooms there!
Construction began in the 2000s, but not everything worked out right away. When the foundation was erected and the frame was erected, it turned out that it was crooked. The construction company dismantled it, promised to remake it and disappeared. I had to start over. Now on the site there are already two houses – the main brick and the guest wooden. The guest house is gradually turning into a recreation area: in the future there will be a bathhouse, a bath, a sports hall with a treadmill, an exercise bike and other equipment.

The house requires constant finishing touches, alterations, investments, that is, like a bottomless pit. You will never sell it for the amount you spent, but it will pay off otherwise, for example, the joy of the time spent with the whole family.

You can live in the main house all year round. On the ground floor there is a kitchen combined with a dining room. Small but fully functional, it even has a dishwasher. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of them has a place for a dressing room. When you are out of town, this does not mean at all that you need to give up beautiful clothes in favor of those that you do not mind. In addition, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. So any problem with a berry stain can be solved.

The older generation constantly lives here, including my mother and her au pair. Friends and relatives come all the time. I began to visit more often when the expressway was built. Without it, the road takes about three hours, and on the toll road you get twice as fast, however, it costs a lot: 700 rubles. But, on the other hand, a stay in a holiday home near Moscow will cost many times more.

There are a lot of boletus, boletus, sometimes white ones. True, the guys drag everything into the basket – and sometimes inedible, so we put it together, and I sort the catch. For children, we have a swing in the yard, tents, a trampoline, bicycles, an inflatable pool, but the water in it quickly deteriorates in the heat, so it is better to go to the beach.
