This is the capital’s Domodedovo airport. But no one cares about a woman with children. She is completely at a loss.
“Ask for help? Yes, not to anyone. The husband died. There is no one else here, ”the woman told the channel .
As the passenger explained, at first there was no sign of trouble. Before buying a ticket, she called the airline. There, the woman was told that she would be allowed on board without any problems, as long as the doctor allowed. The doctor gave permission. And not in words – the traveler had a certificate in her arms that she could fly: the time allowed, her health too.
“When we arrived at the airport, I approached (to the airport staff. – Ed. Note) and asked. I was told that everything is fine. And at registration, they first asked for a certificate, and then they said that the time limit was too long and they would not let me on the plane, ”the woman continues.
The air carrier refused to return the money for the ticket. At the same time, she is not entitled to any help at the airport, because a woman with children is not waiting for a delayed flight. She was simply thrown out of him. The failed passenger does not understand what to do, where to go for help. But it is possible that now, when many media have paid attention to the situation, the carrier will take some steps to meet it. Indeed, in fact, this is a reason for the intervention of the prosecutor’s office.
However, there is also a sane explanation for the actions of the carrier company. Company rules may regulate the validity of a certificate signed by a gynecologist. If it is expired, then the airline has the right not to let the passenger on board. After all, if some kind of emergency happens during the flight, the carrier will be to blame. And nobody wants to pay compensation.
