See yourself from an unexpected side
Everyone has photos taken recently or inherited in family albums. We don’t usually look at them as therapeutic. But they can help solve problems if you know how to use them. Teleconference “The use of personal and family photos in micropsychoanalysis” will be held by psychoanalyst Bruna Marzi (Italy).
Micropsychoanalysis is a method based on Freudian psychoanalysis. What distinguishes it from classical psychoanalysis is the duration and intensity of the sessions: sometimes they last up to two or three hours and go on for several days in a row.
By observing our own and other people’s “reflections”, we will find out how others treat us
These features allow us to explore more deeply the preconscious and conscious aspects of our lives. Bruna Marzi will show how studying photographs of a client increases the effectiveness of psychotherapy, drawing on examples from her own practice.
We will also be able to explore the strategies that we use in behavior, understand how we make decisions, and try to do it differently in the Mirror workshop.
