The eyelids will naturally “float” upward, strengthening and continuing the opening of the eyes.

The movement proposed below is one of the exercises of Chinese gymnastics Xinseng, on the basis of which the seminar «Youth and Health of the Spine» was developed. This complex is aimed at working out the entire spine. Think of an exercise that many of us did in PE: neck rotation. We will do a similar movement, but with some nuances.

To feel this opening of the first cervical, imagine that there is a loop on the top of the head, by which the entire spine seems to be suspended in space. Someone very gently pulls this loop up, and the chin naturally tends to the neck.
  • Start rotating your neck — very slowly and with a small amplitude. Make sure that the area of ​​the first cervical vertebra is open and relaxed. Feel the muscles surrounding the seventh cervical vertebra relax as you rotate fiber by fiber.
  • Do not try to forcefully stretch the muscles by increasing the amplitude. The movement is performed on the maximum available relaxation, the sensations should be soft and pleasant — as during the best massage in life.
